Unlimited Prosecco at Bottomless Brunch | London, UK
Last weekend I went out in London to celebrate my friends birthdays! What's better than just regular brunch? A brunch with unlimited prosecco!
We headed to New Street Grill which is just opposite Liverpool Street station. They have an incredible deal where you can get 2 courses for £20 or 3 courses for £25 from 11am - 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and you can get unlimited prosecco for £15. I wasn't sure how the whole prosecco thing would work but basically when you order they bring you your glasses and just ensure that you are topped from the time you order to when you have finished your food. There wasn't a moment when my glass was empty which was fab!
I had the two courses and chose the Blueberry crumpets with golden syrup and vanilla creme fraiche to start. They were delicious!
Then for mains I had the steak & chips!
And to top off the experience the waiters brought over this little treat for my friends birthdays!
If you are looking for a great brunch I would highly recommend this place. Check out their site here.
Do you know of anywhere else in London that does bottomless brunches? Let me know as I would love to try them out!

Alicante, Spain
Hello!
Last weekend I escaped England for the weekend and headed to Alicante in Spain. My mum and I visited in May last year and wanted to head back there to show my dad how nice it is to spend a few days there.
A lot of people from the UK travel to Alicante to go onto other places in Spain, usually Benidorm or Valencia so there weren't many other tourists there which we thought was really nice. Travelling there on a Thurs-Sun is perfect as the city is buzzing on Fridays and Saturdays with locals heading out to socialise. I will definitely be going back!
We arrived on Thursday morning and checked into our beautiful hotel the 'Hospes Amerigo'. We had a triple room which was a great size. The best part about the hotel was the rooftop! It has an amazing indoor pool, terrace area, gym and spa up there. It was the perfect place to spend the late afternoon before heading out for the evening. We didn't get much use out of the terrace as the weather was pretty overcast the whole time we were there :( but I did use the gym and the swimming pool most days.
The rooftop has stunning views of the city as it is in such a great central location.
Our first day was pretty chilled - considering our flight was so early (6:40am) we were all pretty pooped once we arrived. My dad had a nap while my mum and I caught up with some reading and then we headed out to explore.
Alicante is a city with a beach so we spend some time wandering up the promenade. We visited the Volvo Ocean Race museum which is free and a must do place to visit. I found it so interesting.
That evening we headed to my favourite restaurant in the city, 'Sale & Pepe' which is an Italian restaurant which serves traditional Italian food. I recommend getting the Provolone to start!! It is incredible if your a cheese lover.
The next day I wanted to do some shopping. One of the main reasons why I love shopping in Spain is because Zara can be quite a lot cheaper there than it is here in the UK. Most of the clothes shops I went to were all on Av. Maisonnave. They have a Zara, Mango, Sephora etc. so I did manage to pick up a few bargains.
We headed back to the hotel rooftop in the late afternoon and then headed out for tapas. I didn't manage to get any photos of that :(. One thing I must mention though is how reasonably priced everything is there. Wine is very cheap, if you ask for a glass they pour it straight from the bottle without measures and it was usually around 3 EURO. Food was also very reasonable with our evening meals for 3 including drinks and more than one course for around 50 EURO. (Notice I wrote about the wine first, I know my priorities, haha)
Day one and day two of Alicante were so much fun. Day three and four involved more exploring, photos to come soon.
